Ujala Asianet Film Awards 2008

It's that time of the year again! It is the time of celebration all over the world. Time to celebrate the end of one year and the beginning of another year. And it brings new opportunities, new dreams, fun-filled new days...and Asianet gives you a golden chance to payback, honour and appreciate your favourite actors and movies of 2007.

Just a few days left to cast your nominations for Ujala Asianet Film Awards 2008.

Nominations should be entered in the Asianet Ujala Film Awards 2007 form, published in various Malayalam and English newspapers. Movies dubbed into Malayalam will not be considered for the awards. You can nominate the best Director, Movie, Actor, Actress, Male/Female Character role, Male/Female in Negative role, Male/Female in Comedy role, Screenplay writer, Lyricist, Music director, Male/Female singers, and the best Child artiste, from the Malayalam movies released between January 01and December 31st of the year 2007.

A panel will be constituted comprising the names earning the most nominations from the viewers. Eminent and expert jury members will pick up the winners from this panel.

The jury will directly pick up the best popular movie, New face of the year (Male & Female), Star pair, Cameraman, Editor, and Sound Recordist from the movie releases in 2007.
